About Tessila Partners
Tessila Partners is a business consulting firm headquartered in Dallas, TX and started by Marisha Jacques in 2020. The firm specializes in fractional CFO, accounting, and human resource services for early stage companies and small businesses.
Marisha is the Managing Partner of the firm. She was previously a Partner at a boutique advisory firm in New York City, where she specialized in working with small businesses. With decades of experience in finance and accounting, Marisha has also stepped onto the client side and held the roles of Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of several companies, including one that was acquired by a NASDAQ-listed firm. A serial entrepreneur, Marisha understands business owners and their problems, and is passionate about bringing her extensive experience and caring personality to facilitate achieving their dreams.
